SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of ordering. Orders are shipped via UPS. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to arrive.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Bed of Roses Naturals is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, restricted building access, security or entry requirements, unclaimed packages, or other circumstances that prevent the carrier from completing delivery.

If a package is returned to Bed of Roses Naturals as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a delivery issue occurs due to an error made by Bed of Roses Naturals, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

At Bed of Roses Naturals, all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please email bedofrosesluxe@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. Once reviewed, eligible damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
